Reatreats are mainly for taking workshops and hanging around with talented people. Last year I did not think I got anything much done, this year I was quite productive. I will get to there sometime – I am in the process of moving my studio and writing this raport in small times in between crash material tetris Meanwhile just to show that I am not kidding you: Debbie Jackson gave us 2 hour bug workshop. I did these there. They, naturally, were much bigger than any other bugs but I like my jewellery to be seen

Mona had birthday while the retreat was going on: we managed to get her a birthday cake. Some of the kitchen stuff was just amazingly kind to us

By the middle of the week most people were working and the tables started to be piled up with treats – both works and tools

And now I get to start the  actual pccmmretreat report. This was my second time attending so I already knew the basics. How ever the space we were this time was not the same than last time: it was much darker and the restrooms etc. were in different level etc. This time they also closed the common workroom at 10 pm instead of midnight. How ever the table space was big enough for working and the people are what really make these kinds of things happen.

And Finally we arrived to Sheperdstown.

It was almost lunch time but naturally the first stop was to get me a cup of Coffee from Lost Dog coffee. I will tell about that later.

I love Shpeperdstown. In the first 15 minutes there we saw both Little house and some peculiar cars and things.

This museum car was just driving by. To me this is just what I expect from Sheperdstown. This is the place where things like this happen all the time.

And then we finally went to the river. Notice the fake smile I have on me. It was so darn hot that this 15 minutes on bridge was almost as long as I could take.

It has been quiet here lately. So many ongoing projects and life with it’s challenges. We are still here, ashamed we have not been able to update the site. However we wish you stay tuned, more is certainly coming. Spring is very inspiring time of year and there are many new ideas and many on going projects as well.

Unfortunaltely I have techniqal problems that can be solved only after I have time to buy another lamp for the photo studio. My kid had a birthday and while cleaning the house one of the two side lamps got broken. I am trying to get back to the road as soon as possible, but until I have new pictures this blog seems to be in the silence. I will try to fill the missing days when I get the studio back working. I have stuff to show
